Sir, I am 60 years female, working woman in a university. I am diabetic since 15 years. at the moment, my fasting sugar is 108mg/dl with no corresponding urine sugar and post lunch is 178mg/dl with no corresponding sugar in urine. Lipid profile ratio of total cholestrol to HDL is 2.5. HBA1C is 6.6%. calcium is 8.6, haemoglobin is 13,6. Mt TSH is 9.15 while T3 is 112 and T4 is 8.7.

Hello dear patient your blood glucose levels are slightly higher but dietary control would be advised to control them, continue same treatment for diabetes. Your tsh is high so you need to be evaluated for thyroid problem like hypothyroid. Tc
