Diabetes to cure without medication
Hi,
Last year i have took an overa health checkup and found diabetes
Readings are very high
I have tested few times in home with normal sugar testing machine and they were always high sometimes around 400
Do i definitely be under medication or can i cure it with change in lifestyleand food habits and regular exercise ??
