There is no single dose that can be used for every patient. Anti diabetic pills and insulin doses needs to be individualized and is different for every patient. The doses depends on various factors in patients history and his sugar chart. It's ideal to go for brisk walk in morning. But it would help whatever time of the day u may do it.
