Diabetic patient nd alchohol
I am a patient of type2 diabetics nd hypothyroidism with medicine nd occasional hyper tention without medine. Can I take dr's brandy or whiskey fr insomnia?

Alcohol is not recommended as a treatment for insomnia. It makes insomnia worse, gives poor quality sleep and can become addictive. There are many lifestyle changes that can relieve insomnia and improve Diabetes and BP. Please see someone who can guide you on relationship between sleep hygiene, hormone correlation, Diabetes, insulin resistance and weight.
