Diane 35 - prolonged periods
I have irregular periods and have missed my period for three months, but I am not pregnant. I underwent a PCOD panel and thyroid tests, and everything came back normal. However, my gynecologist prescribed me Meprate to induce my period and then Diane 35 to start from the second day of my period. My period lasted eight days instead of my usual 4–5 days. Last night, I missed a dose of Diane 35, and today I experienced breakthrough bleeding. Is this normal?

The doctor has given you hormonal medicine. when you miss medicine, there is withdrawal bleeding, it is normal. When your PCOD panel and Thyroid profile is normal then you should be further investigated FSH, LH, S.Prolactin level. If you are over weight , you should reduce your weight. Lifestyle should be proper.
