Diarrhea and stomach hurts
Well ive been in and out the bathroom since yesterday my work wants a doctors note because im missing more than one day i dont even think i can make it to my doctors without popping my pants any way they can fax a note ?

If you are so sick, go to nearest hospital and take advise from doctor , get admitted if required.home remedies might be harmful in such condition
