Diarrhea during 38th week of pregnancy
Is it any harm to baby after taking sestil ad tablet for 38th week pregnancy women in diarrhea (5 times loose motions in a day) ? Is it advisable to take sestil ad?

Theoretically it is not to be given.
But practically it is an excellent medicine which will control diarrhoea.
If someone asks, "What is better, to take one or two Loperamide tablets or to take four bottles of IV Fluids".
I am sure everyone will prefer Loperamide.
Loperamide is safe in pregnancy if two or three doses are taken.
