Did pregnancy occur or not?
There have been 4 periods since last sexual activity which was on the 12th of august. A blood test and an ultrasound which was done on 28th of october were both negative. A home pregnancy urine test taken on 21st november was negative. Last menstrual period was on 10th november. However, still feels like stomach is bulging out and excessive leukorrhea is being experienced. This is leading to stress. Is it possible that pregnancy occurred or is it confirmed that it didn't occur? Should anymore tests be taken?

No pregnancy is not likely. You should get uSG and done. For leucorrohea consult local doctor
