Diet after chicken pox
Today is 27th day after first blisters and 10 days since all scabs fell down. Can i get back to my regular eating habits (i like spicy food and couple of beers / wine over the weekend)? The general traditional wisdom in India is to have restricted diet for at least couple of months after the recovery.
