Diet after heart surgery
I am 42 year old, male, 5'11", 315 lbs. In March of 2017, I had coronary artery bypass of my left anterior descending artery. Since, I struggled with my energy. I eat much better than I used to and quit smoking before the surgery. Since the surgery, I have gained 20 lbs. I am 5 days into a Keto diet plan. I am down 6 lbs to 309 lbs. Is this a same diet for someone like myself? Thank you.

No keto diet is not advisable for you. You can try high fibre Dash diet. Less fat, less oily & less carbohydrates
