No there are no such medications or special first however a healthy routine and diet does contribute to a sharper brain
You should include Omega and good fatty acids in your diet like flax seeds, almonds, avacado, Salmon fish plus eat less oily food that has bad fats like street food,junk food etc sodas, liquor and smoking
Including good fatty acids protects your brain mylin sheath and activates neuron so along with the diet do a 30 min of workout any.workout even sports this will activate your brain even further...
