Diff between chest & breast pain
Can you please let me know how can I distinguish whether the pain that I am having is in the chest or breast? Since around 4 days I have been having slight pain from the centre to left side of my chest/breast. It is not a continuous pain but recurs every now and then. I have gained a lot of weight in the past year and have a bad habit of sleeping with my tummy and chest facing towards the bed. Is this pain because of that or is it something serious? I am a bit scared now. Please advise.

Chest pain(Angina) will be severe pain with sweating, not relieved easy. But muscle pain will not be that severe and relieved with paracetamol(analgesics)
Next Steps
Take an ECG.Check your lipid profile
Health Tips
Stop sleeping in that position,as your weight itself can cause pain over chest. And also reduce your weight. You will be fine👍
