What is the different between recurrent respiratory papilloma and polyps on vocal cord and is there test for paoilloma in men?thank you

Respiratory papilloma in adults in a benign tumor which occurs because of exposure to human papilloma virus. It is a simple tumor simple excision by micro laryngeal surgery is sufficient. Vocal cord polyps are not tumors but simple mucosal bulge in the vocal cords usually occur because of vocal abuse. Again treatment is similar to papilloma, micro laryngeal excision is usually required
