I am experiencing significant difficulties in falling asleep. It takes me at least 2 hours to finally drift off after I go to bed, and it's affecting my overall well-being. I have tried various methods such as reducing screen time before bed and attempting different breathing techniques, but unfortunately, nothing has worked for me so far.
I am open to the idea of taking supplements to improve my sleep quality, provided they do not have any side effects or cause dependency. Could you please advise me on how I can achieve a more peaceful sleep? I am looking for effective, evidence-based solutions.
