Difficulty in conceiving
It's been 3 years am not able to conceive. My husband semen test shows no sperms found. Kindly tell is there any treatment or no solution for it. My age is 27 n my husband age is 33.

Repeat semen analysis after 2 to 3 days of abstinence at a infertility clinic. If no sperm found in tat also,
They ll do centrifugation.

It's better to recheck semen analysis from another lab before concluding anything..
