Difficulty in thinking properly.
I feel lost.I cannot think properly.I make simple mistakes in day to day tasks which require common sense.I am frequently forgetful.I have lost my creative thinking,critical thinking & intelligence as I previously used to have.I have also lost interests for the subjects I was passionate about.I can not express myself when I am hurt emotionally.

Over mental stress may be the cause of ur problem.Once u know ur problem then u can overcome these.Handeling stress in a healthy way. If symptoms persist consult psychologist or come in direct consultation.

to deal stress 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines. 11SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH UR FAMILY. 12.AVOID DRINKING AND SMOKING.
