I am 6 week pregnant..having serious gas and acidity problem. any food i am consuming after some time its forming gas..can i take digene tablet daily?

DON'T TAKEFRIED / OILY FOODS CONSUME FOOD IN SMALL QUANTITY BUT MORE FREQUENTLY
