Hi doctor,I had stress due to some exam failure. After then in weak point I tried to pressure my self,like sleeping on a 3pile of pillows pressing my belly on it with whole body weight. After 5 min of it,I felt numbness,& some nerve damage like I felt loss of activity in my intestines.next day morning,even gas is blocked in intestines & not had bowel movements for upto 20 days.& even noticed skin,muscle sagging with weak bones like lost bone density. Then after I have serious digestive,absorption problems,I think when I eat leafy & other too.I had bloating,skin sagging,thinning,darkening,knee pains and weak bones. I think this all sounds like collagen loss caused from intestines & lead to damage to collagen production. Whenever I eat foods eggs,fish,bone broth,seasame, sunflower seeds, my skin looks hydrated thick,lighten. And even have bowel movements freely. After when I stopped eating them,problems come again. Pls help with proper foods &tips& can't consult due to Financially.
