After each meal, there is a vomiting sensation & at times I vomit as well. Also, feel heaviness in chest & stomach. Please advise if there is any quick remedy.

I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. .tab. unienzyme twice a day after food for 3 days.
If it still persists, then get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.

Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty....
.Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function
