I have been having tension, mood swings,stage fear,anxiety and nervousness,lack of confidence, feeling of insecurity . How much I prepared for a presentation , I will end up in deteriorate.

You may seek a psychotherapist help . Behavior therapy,hypnosis and EMDR approaches would definitely help you to conquer your fears.
