Disc bulging
Disc bulging, dessication with central disc pfotrusion and annular tear is seen at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels causing canal and foraminal narrowing with impingement bilateral exiting nerve roots predominantly at L4-L5 level. The AP canal dimension measures approx. 9.9 mm at L4-L5 and 10.8 mm L5-S1 levels. We dont want to go for surgery.. Wat can be done.. Also we are travelling for a week.. Plz suggest wat should be done.. Precautions are being taken..

It seems to be an early disc degeneration manifest. Preventive care to be taken includes weight controlif obese, quit smoking, postural care..avoid bending forward etc and core strengthening exercises regularly.
