It looks like a lumbar spine problem like disc prolapse..so it needs neurological examination and work up..consult a neurosurgeon and follow his advice
Hi there...sciatica pain is caused due to pathology involving the sciatic nerve. There will be no bony abnormalities here. Hence the x ray is normal. Here the cause for the sciatic nerve injury should be determined and treated accordingly. So kindly consult a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment, which will probably involve nerve vitamins, excercises and analgesics.
