Discharge of sperm
Sperm discharging during sleep for the last one month. Sometimes stomach pain. Irritation and burning sensation near anal region. Kindly suggest. Age is 14 years

It is normal to discharge semen at that age . For anal rash do a deworming course with albendazole . Apply an anti fungal cream . Do not be constipated

Anal problem and other problem are not connected . Both problems are not significant.For anal problem take Zentel for deworming.

Discharge is mostly due to worm infestation
Give albendazol tablet once at night and repeat after 15days

It is normal to ejaculate for a 14 year old
Counsel him properly and educate him.
Irritation ,burning sensation near the anal region and stomach pain is different.
Maybe gastritis
