Hai
Intrinsic stains will not go with oral prophylaxis treatments like scaling
Tea stains is not intrinsic stains
As your doctor diagnosis it is intrinsic stains means
Its not tea stains
Its might be flourosis
After ortho treatment oral prophylaxis will be done then Based on severity of your stains you can go for bleaching or veneers treatment instead of full crowns

Tea stain is not intrinsic stain and can be removed by scaling and polishing.
But if the doctor has already diagnosed it as some sort of intrinsic stains ,it could be because of fluorosis . Depending on the severity of the staining you could try different methods of treatment other than full crowns ( bleaching/ veneers )

Hello
If the doctor told you, they are intrinsic stains That means they are caused maybe due to fluorosis.
Oral prophylaxis like scaling will not work in this case
