Discomfort hot senstation left rib lower
I am feeling on and off burining sensation near my lower left rib. It is like a hot burning sensation and is prevalent when i lie down. When i do somw work there is no pain. But when i lie down it feels like a hot sensation near my left rib towards the back nearr the rin. It has been ongoing foe two weeks now. Can I know what it is and how to get rid of it. I dont feel any pain just diacomfort beacause the left side feels aching near the lower rib and there is a hot sensation ongoing on the same side when i lie down.

Rub/ Massage (Tone) Sp9 Acupoint. Thrice daily, at a time ~20 times. It's a Qi point near Knee. See it's location on Google image. Sp9 cold point shall decrease hot burning sensation.

Hi this could be an acidity problem.  Try to avoid spicy and oily foods. Eat less. If not relieved please see a doctor.
