Distal radial fracture
2 months ago I had surgery for my radial bone fracture in wrist.. Now 1 months after post cast removal my wrist is still swollen enough.. though physiotherapy helping me to get range of motion I have got 60 percent ROM but swelling is still there on wrist... What should I do to reduce swelling? How long it will take swelling to go down? * attaching my x ray*

Never do hot water  fomentation  plates have been fixed  instead do wrist exercise  in cold water do regular  gradually  swelling  will reduce

Do exercise regular. Do as much as wrist pump exercisec it will help to reduce swelling.use hot fermentation if swelling is bother u
