If you are regularly postponing things - it seems you have not yet found what is your life’s real purpose and are easily influenced by others opinions. And hence go into mood changes of happy and sad.

Hi there, you have no problem at all !!! As you are quite aware what's happening to you and you know what you are doing... It's nothing but, you need a little motivation and a little push to activate yourself... Sometimes when we are lazy unknowingly we fall in the trap of vicious circle of continuous laziness.... You start being comfortable in that inertia! Slight change also agitate you because your mind and body has got used to being idle... Here is where procrastination starts... And that becomes your habit and later being so becomes your personality.. Don't worry it can be broken.. Fix an appointment with me, have few sessions, and together we will resolve your problem... Be happy... You will be fine!!! Take care....

What you can do right now, is establish a better timely routine for yourself. It may be a bit difficult to establish at first, but as you get the hang of it, it would make you feel a lot better. Healthy and timely meals, regular sleep schedule and physical activity/exercise of your preference(I recommend Yoga, as it is efficient and easy to do at home) are related to a better mental health. So I would recommend you do that. Apart from this, I recommend that you take professional help from a Counselling Psychologist or a Clinical Psychologist.

I can see you have mentioned that you "don't work hard", "can't solve problems". How you view yourself, affects how you are. CBT would help in restructuring your thoughts, which could help build a better view of self resulting in better response/behaviour. Stage fear or anxiety is something that needs professional help. Hi, When we are walking with baggage, we tend to lose the meaning of the current path. There are many view points of this situations. One might have labelled self from past experiences. One might be stuck in one particular situation in past. Or one is not getting what was thought of. Or more. Most important is your view point. What are your barriers? What is your stuck point? Most importantly focusing on how can you overcome and over power these emotions. Mind needs to think but in which direction is your choice. Sessions are required to help you understand the loop and to break free. Also, Being solution focused, yes can be difficult but is possible.

Your description reveals that you procastinate means keeps postponing schedules. It is also a manifestation of anxiety. Thus you need to consult a Clinical Psychologist for proper anxiety management programme. Till then try to relax, listen music and keep small goals dbd try to achieve it.

In the mean time it’s better to do indoor regular physical exercises, pranayam and yoga. You can also make a schedule which may also include proper sleep hygiene too. Daily tracking of ones progress in the schedule really helps one stay motivated. its advisable to consult a Mental Health Professional who can help you in the above matter.
