Dizziness and eye strain
Hello! I feel slightly dizzy sometimes. And side of forehead a bit strained. On wearing spectacles, I feel eye strain. I recently checked eye power it was - 1.75.  I don't have headaches. Sometimes I feel vibration in back of head and minor neck pain on movement. This is happening for 2 months on off. Can this be because of more use of phone/laptop? Or poor neck posture?
