Dizziness and weakness
When I bend down my body or sit and When I stand up I feel dizziness and weakness for some time. My Erythrocytes count is 3.7×10^6 and MCV is 108fl . Platelets count is 160×10^3 and MPV is 13fl. I am vegetarian and also don't eat dairy products too much. What is the problem? My BP was 130/70 ten days before.

Always low haemglobin is not the cause of weakness .
There are lots of other reasons which may cause all such problems.
So thoroughly have to examine and then evaluation , then treatment
Sometims postural orthostatic hypotension may cause all such problems , but need to find out
