Dizzy and blurred vision
4 months postpartum and I breast feed my baby.. o have been feeling dizzy and have got blurred vision during mornings since a week now. I feel loke I'm floating but it does get better as the day passes. I eat all my meals and my wieght is same since 3 months well, no gain or loss. I took iron tablets 3 months post delivery. Is there something I should be worried about?

Don't worry . You should have small quantity of healthy foods every 2 hourly. Have fruit juices or fresh fruits, Glucon D 2tsf in a glass of water 3 times a day, Tab. Neurobion forte 1-0-0,Protinex powder 2tsf in a glass of milk.
