Do all antidepressants have side effect.

They are well tolerated in general. However, some are sensitive to medication nonetheless, like in your case. Optimizing the current medication, or adding another medication as an adjuvant should do the trick. There are more advanced treatment options like rTMS, which has relatively no side effects. You mentioned memory deficits, it is more likely due to the fact that you haven't reached recovery yet. The issue seems to be untreated depression, not the result of concerned medication. Thesis related pressure you are experiencing is reasonable. You should be able to cope with things much better once the meds are titrated to efficiency.
