I have done FNAC. Results are Atypia of undermined significance (AUS) TBS Category III. Is it cancerous?

Hi. I believe you are talking about your thyroid swelling.
What was symptom you had ?
What was the size of thyroid nodule on ultrasound?
Besthesda III category is neither normal nor cancerous, but generally said 15-30 percent cancer being there in such cases.
Next Steps
repeat an ultrasound + fnac after 3months
or if its a large nodule or repeat fnac also comes bethesda 3, get lobectomy surgery (removal that side of thyroid) for confirmatory diagnosis
