I have hemorrhoids, but last doctor visit indicated they were low grade. They've flared up a bit lately, and I notice that I constantly feel tired/weak...sometimes mildly sick. A good movement makes me feel better, but there is no indication of blood in the stool. Do hemorrhoids do this to the body? If so, what can be done and when should I have a doctor take a second look?
