I'm 23 and I've been sexually active for the past three years... I got three Gardasil HPV vaccines back in 2007 to 2008. I just did some research and found out that they're supposedly only good for 6 years. Considering I had sex after those 6 years, does that mean I was probably exposed to HPV? Should I bother getting it again at 23?

No need to get the vaccine again. The course is not supposed to be repeated. Also, there is no relevance of vaccine in sexually active women. Practising safe sex will protect you from HPV infection.
