Today while having intercourse with my husband, we could not pull out in time. So he felt like little bit of semen got inside. I rushed for the bathroom and tried to clean from inside during which, I bleed a little too. For precaution I took i-pill too. What further step do I need to follow.

Why are u worried so much? Afterall this was sex with yoyr husband. If you want to have birth planning, then what you are doing is unsafe.
