Do v experience change in period cycles?
Hi I have regular periods since a while. Suddenly there is a delay in my period. It's been 40 days and upt was negative two times Do our period cycles change once in a while? I have experienced this but just have to confirm the reason for this delay.

U can experience once in while irregular period may be due to stress , weight gain or loss or may be due to some hormonal changes . Not to worry much but it’s better to seek help of Gynecologist and be sure

Yes variations in periods once in a while are normal. They can be due to stress or weight change or lifestyle changes. Nothing to worry. If it continues then needs assessment.

Can be delayed once in a while.cant say it is normal but usual definitely.please check pregnancy if you are sexually active
