Excess of fibre which is there in corn if u take it daily and in large proportion can cause constipation.  As larger amount of water will be required to digest it, if u take less water constipation can worsen. Avoid its daily intake and increase water to avoid constipation.  For severe constipation u will have to take laxatives.
