I masterbat 2-3 times per week. Sometimes it goes high like 5-6 times a week.. I go to the gym too.. but each time i masterbate i make sure that there is a gap of atleast 4 hrs between masterbation and gym.
So i wanna know does this masterbation affects body building?
Is it true that in masterbation a person looses lots of calories as well as protein too.?
Should i take protein powders like muscle blaze, onn, dymatize elite, muscletech, etc.?

Thank you for asking. I can understand the your concern. That is not true. Masturbation has no effect on body and workout. It does not cause weakness or does not cause loss of protein. Although, frequent masturbation can risk you for sexual problem in future.
