Panderm is a combination cream containing steroids. It has many components which can cause contact dermatitis (which causes irritation and itching) and you should not use it any more. The steroid in it will cause skin thinning and cause red splotches to appear. It will also cause photosensitivity. Please stop Panderm right away and start on steroid sparing ointments. For more details, you can consult me online with photographs or at my clinic at Bangalore (details in my profile).
