I recently joined functional training and weights so as it is a strength building workout so i sweat alot. does sweating is beneficial for skin or not. if not then it will make my face skin dark or it vil provide acne on ma face

Good that you have started exercise.
Sweating is not harmful.
It does not make skin dark or give rise to pimples.
Just keep yourself hydrated and keep yourself clean , bathe regularly after exercise and Pat dry you skin.
