Does unwanted72 always cause side effect

Hello doctors I want to ask that does all women who took unwanted 72 faces side effect because in my case I didnt face any side effect got bleeding on expected time with good flow and even lasted for 4 to 5 days In the menstral cycle in which I had taken it and it happens 1month after my previous menstrual cycle and I have also got the next month bleeding on expected time for good 4 to 5 days this cycle was next cycle from which unwanted 72 has taken. 1)So these are my periods right? 2)Is there any chance of pregnancy? 3)Will I have any future delay in period or not? ?
