If it's first pregnancy then better to continue. Stoll if you don't want to continue then Consult gynecologist get an ultrasound done and depending upon the age of pregnancy mode of termination will be decided. Before 7 weeks it can be done with tabltes after 7 weeks one should undergo D n E (dilatation and evacuation).
