Dosage of Vitamin D supplement.
Is it safe to take one 60000 iu dosage of Vitamin D supplement per month for couple of months to overcome vitamin d deficiency if any. Off late I am experiencing body pains so was thinking it may be due to vit D deficiency as I haven't stepped out in the sun due to ongoing covid 19 scare. PL advise.

Vitamin D should not be supplemented on suspicion. ..because there are side effects of over dosage as well...try exposing ur self to sun...at least by going on to the roof top ...of a small walk taking care of social distancing can treat it...
