I'm a 55 year old diabetic and BP patient ..I'm taking celin 500 for 2 months daily ..now I've stopped for last 15 days ..can I take it daily ? Some people say there is a limit ..I want to just confirm from you ..I'm taking supradyn daily ..Is it ok ? Or I should take Celin along with that ?for how many days ?

Need not take vitamin c and even supradyn daily if your dietary consumption of nutritions is sufficient.
