Doubt in bone health
Hi Doc, Iam 28f working in Bangalore, had c section 1.5 years ago, I have lower back pain since 3 years but it's intermittent. I weigh 82 kg. Therefore I decided to walk for 3 to 4 km per day. Iam very comfortable walking since iam very used to it. But my concern will it corrode my bone density. Is there any future projections that I might get severe bone problem since I walk soo much. I also sense kind of pain in bone. Regards, Jayapriya

You have not mentionedyour height so it is difficult to assess whether your weight is adequate for your height or you are overweight. Walking does not 'corrode your bone density' But if you are having back pain and pain in your bones the cause of it needs to be assessed and treated accordingly.please meet with the nearby orthopaedic doctor for this
