Ellaone 30 mg is a good emergency contraceptive which is effective for 120 hours after unprotected intercourse. It will prevent pregnancy and you should do a pregnancy test if you do not get your next periods on time. Otherwise relax and contact a gynaecologist for proper contraceptive advice.
