I feel very sleepy even after waking up after 8hrs sleep...feel lathegic all day...my body muscles feel sore and i am unable to lift myself from relaxed position. what should i do ?

Rehydrate yourself PROPERLY by taking plenty of liquids like nimupani with pinches of salt, coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc what ever you like. Black tea/ coffee two times. Small cup.
