Drug side effects or not?

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I feel tired most of the time even after i get a good nights sleep i feel thirsty and urinate a lot i have severe head aches and orange spots are appearing on my finger tips ...i am taking doxycycline due to a tyhus infection..is this the side effect of the drug or is something wrong?
