While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. You can use lubricating eye drop. consult sos

Pl use Lubricant eye drops. Pl do Eye exercises. Pl reduce screen time as much as possible. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

• Follow 20 20 20 rule for dryness ,strain of eyes. • after every 20 minutes while working on screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds blink more. Use lubricating eye drop.
