Have been experiencing dry itchy skin on upper part of vulva. Area seems to be reddish and little swollen. Problem increased during night and itchiness worsens. Is ithere any ointment or medicine to be taken?

The common cause is a fungal infection. For further assurance it is better to consult a Gynaecologist for a physical examination.

How long have you been having this problem? I. Would suggest to visit your local obgyn to rule any infection or chronic skin issues.
